What is STONE PLASTIC COMPOSITE (SPC) also called Ridged Core Boards (RCB) Vinyl Flooring
Stone Platic Composite vinyl flooring refers to the vinyl panel core that is manufactured using “Calcium Carbonate” combinations using heat and pressure in the manufacturing process. The boards have a vinyl décor layer that gives them a natural hardwood appearance applied on top using a laminated heat process. FinFloor offers RCB vinyl floors in different woods, colors, and textured surface finishes. A rigid transparent wear layer is then applied to the final product. This layer serves to protect the vinyl layer and center core board. It is durable, stain-resistant, and highly resilient against damage. Our Vinyl Flooring boards are cut into panels that fit onto each other, so the patterns flow smoothly with a natural finish.
Diamond Core Vinyl Floor Range – EXSTRA LONG
Diamond Core Rigid vinyl flooring is at least 50% better than traditional flexible luxury clicks vinyl tiles in physical performance owing to improvements in the dimensional stability due to the more SPC core.
